These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and English for WorkLife ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to all use of our iOS application and website. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the English for WorkLife app on an Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

English for WorkLife does not currently require you to create an account. Your progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device's security. If you contact us for support, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

English for WorkLife actualmente no requiere que crees una cuenta. Tu progreso y preferencias se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu dispositivo. Si nos contactas para soporte, eres responsable de la exactitud de la información que proporcionas.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Trial access. The app is free to download. When you complete onboarding, you receive one 3-day full-access trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to keep using the app.

Acceso de prueba. La app es gratuita para descargar. Cuando completas el onboarding, recibes una prueba única de 3 días con acceso completo. Cuando termina la prueba, necesitas una suscripción de pago para seguir usando la app.

Premium subscription. Continued access after the trial requires a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are managed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• Billing. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium until then.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for anyone who violates these Terms.

All content in the app and on the website — including lesson text, dialogue scripts, audio, illustrations, the English for WorkLife name, and logo — is owned by or licensed to English for WorkLife and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, English for WorkLife and its owners, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you through an in-app message or notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
